The Best Makeup on The White Carpet at the 2010 VMAs with Makeup Expert ScarletMadeline

I watched bits and pieces of the MTV VMAs on Sunday and I have to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with anyone's look or their makeup. Of course there were a few faces that stood out in my mind, who made an impression:

Lady Gaga made quite the impression on everyone in her dress made of raw meat. I think the concept is disgusting, but I am sure that it meant something. Any body know what statement she was trying to get across with the meat dress?

In terms of her makeup I think she looks very pretty- subtle and classic with a splash of red lip. VERY PRETTY and pin-up-esque actually.

I have to be honest with you, I do not get Katy Perry's colored extensions but she always looks cute. Her makeup is also very classic. I almost wish she would have done something a bit more daring, because her makeup was sort of boring day-to-day look.

Emma Stone is really very pretty, isn't she? Plus, she's also a bit of a ginger and we all know how I love that! I think her makeup is nice, but also not very daring. I think she could have done something more fun. I mean for goodness sakes its the VMAs, get crazy with your look people!

I never thought I would say this, but I was actually quite impressed with Kesha's look. She really seemed to up her game, compared to the Grammys earlier in the year (YIKES).

I really liked her garbage bag dress idea, it was different and made a statement. You know what they say: one man's trash is another man's treasure.

All in all the show was entertaining but there werent enough show stoppers in my opinion.
