The Darla Farm: Our Peacock Had A Baby!

Our peahen laid 3 eggs a while back and honestly we thought that they werent going to hatch because it seemed like WAY longer then 28 days (normal gestation for peacocks). Yesterday my mom and I went into the coup to check on them and there was a little baby running around!

We dont know if hes a boy or girl but hes so darn cute!

Last night we brought him into the house to put him under heat lamps and taught him how to eat and drink. He seems to like us a lot and likes to snuggle.
